Types of Roses
Hybrid Tea– Large elegant flowers sit atop long straight stems, prized for cut flowers with a single flower per stem. These are the epitome of a classic rose. Plants grow 3-8ft tall x 2-3ft wide. Full Sun.
Floribunda– Abundant clusters of flowers on shorter stems. Very showy and great in smaller vases. Plants grow 3-4ft tall and wide and are more compact and bushy than other roses. Great in beds, borders and containers. Full Sun.
Grandiflora– Think Grand Flowers! A cross of Hybrid Tea and Floribunda roses these have large single or clustered flowers on long stems. They make a great cut flower! Plants tend to grow larger and more upright than hybrid teas, generally 4-6ft tall and 2-4ft wide. Full Sun
Climbing– Climbing roses have long canes covered in blooms and are perfect for growing up a trellis or arbor.
